For package tour contracts (Article R211-4)

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

 

Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. ROUGE BORDEAUX IN FRANCE S.A.S. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

 

Key Rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302:

1. Information: Travelers will receive all essential information about the package before concluding the travel contract.

2. Liability: The organizer is liable for the proper performance of all travel services included in the contract.

3. Assistance: Travelers are given an emergency telephone number or details of a contact point where they can get in touch with the organizer.

4. Transfer of the package: Travelers may transfer the package to another person, with reasonable notice and possibly subject to additional costs.

5. Price changes: The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs rise and if expressly provided for in the contract, and in any event not later than 20 days before the start of the package.

6. Cancellation by the traveler:Travelers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee and get a full refund of any payments if any of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, are changed significantly.

7. Cancellation by the organizer: If the organizer cancels the package before it begins, travelers are entitled to a refund and, if applicable, compensation.

8. Exceptional circumstances: Travelers may cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee before the package begins in the event of exceptional circumstances (for example, if there are serious security issues at the destination).

9. Financial guarantee: If the organizer becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. ROUGE BORDEAUX IN FRANCE S.A.S. has taken out insolvency protection with: [Name of Financial Guarantor + Address].
