House Rules

​We are delighted to have you stay with us. For everyone's comfort, please respect these rules.

 

KEYS & ACCESS​

• Keys must be collected before you leave for your event. One key per room. (Lost key: €20).

• ❌ NO OUTSIDE GUESTS : Access is strictly limited to the 15 registered guests. Penalty: €150 per unauthorized visitor.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS​

• Please keep noise to a minimum outdoors between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

POOL SAFETY

• Resident guests only. Children must be supervised by parents at all times. No food or smoking by the pool.

 

KITCHEN & COFFEE​

• Self-service coffee and tea available until 10:00 AM. Please wash and put away your dishes.

 

NO SMOKING​

• Strictly non-smoking house (including leaning out of windows). Deep cleaning fee: €150.
